This is a very hardy, compact, EASY to GROW shrub known for its bright golden-yellow summer foliage which takes on orange, scarlet and red shades in the Fall. Its hardiness, reliability, ease of growth, deer resistance and long lasting, bright color makes it a popular❤️️indispensable shrub. Great as a single specimen for mixed beds and borders and superb when massed in bold groups or used in foundation plantings etc. Very effective as easy to look after ground cover and makes a nice, low, informal hedge too.
Prune in early spring, and if desired, after flowering to encourage extra tidy mounds and more intense repeat flowering.
