This shapely evergreen has intense golden-yellow foliage that deer DO NOT normally browse on, at least in our trials (in several locations) they have been leaving it untouched. We are very fond of the lovely feathery foliage, the conical shape and we think this election has a bright future and will make a beautiful eye-catching addition to the landscape. It can be planted as a colorful screen, as distinguished and elegant specimens in beds and mixed borders, as a focal point in lawns and of course in container combinations too.

It reaches a height of about 10-12′ with a 3-5′ spread.
